"The room was very good, especially considering local standards — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality. Service was, in many cases, truly excellent: particularly from the dining staff, entrance/security team, and the porters, who were all attentive and genuinely helpful. However, at reception the experience was more mixed. Sometimes was good. At times the staff tried to appear friendly, but it felt somewhat forced, and on other occasions their attitude shifted suddenly to being a bit aloof. This inconsistency made the reception service less authentic compared to the rest of the team. Overall, the hotel is well located, easy to find, with a very nice swimming pool, making it a solid choice for a stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for 15 days. This hotel has two buildings, tower and residence. The tower is located near the circle, so it is noisy all the time. But the residence is located 5-minute drive from the circle, so it is quiet. We stayed at the residence. The staff were so kind, and attentive. Especially, our room #404's housekeeper named Nagrul was friendly and dilligent. So, we enjoyed staying there for 15 days. Definetelly, we will be back to this hotel in the future."

"Questa volta sono venuto per fare il check-in e ho scelto questo hotel. La sensazione generale ha superato le aspettative ed era più nuovo degli hotel in cui avevo soggiornato prima. Dopo l'apertura della superstrada dell'aeroporto, ci vorranno solo più di 20 minuti dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Si trova nel distretto 1 di Gushan, proprio in riva al lago. La posizione è relativamente comoda. Accanto all'hotel c'è la strada principale dove si concentrano le banche. Vicino all'hotel ci sono anche molti ristoranti e caffetterie. Al primo piano dell'hotel è presente una piscina. Le camere sono relativamente spaziose, in qualche modo simili alla disposizione di un appartamento. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e attento. C'è un ristorante al primo piano. La colazione non è ricca ma è sufficiente."

"Ho prenotato 2 notti attraverso Trip.com, ma quando ho fatto il check-in, l'hotel ha detto che non avevano ricevuto alcuna informazione e mi ha chiesto di pagare di nuovo. Mi ha sconvolto ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo e non ho mai affrontato questo prima. Trip.com confermato che avevano informato l'hotel al momento della prenotazione. Sembra che il personale del desk front, o anche il manager, non abbia conoscenza di controllare le prenotazioni online. Molto poco professionale!"

"I have been staying at this hotel last 2 years when i go to Dhaka, staff are very friendly, professional, very helpful and polite. Always allow to check in early if the room is available or ready. The manager he is down to earth, very helpful always ask about the stay and if i needed anything during my stay. The hotel always give welcome cold fresh juice, also has free luggage storage room, free buffet breakfast.. Its mid range average room price for Dhaka city and excellent location."
